Identity & Access Management (IAM): Administering user accounts, file server permissions, and security groups in Active Directory, alongside mailbox workflows in ServiceNow.
Data & Asset Operations: Maintaining cost centers and ownership data in ServiceNow and handling hardware staging, onboarding presentations, and asset tracking for new hires.
